Terms of Use for ShinMaywa Pump Selection Service
Article 1 (Application of this Terms of Use)
1.	This Terms of Use shall apply to all action of general users (hereinafter referred to as "User") when using the Model Selection Support System for Pump, CAD files and PDF files which are browsed or downloaded from the home page of ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and CAD data contained therein, and User shall agree to the terms herein when using the concerned data.
2.	If there are any notices and the like (hereinafter referred to as "Notices") provided by Company when User uses the data, Notices shall constitute a part of this Terms of Use.
3.	By browsing or downloading the concerned data, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Terms of Use.
Article 2 (Service Content)
	Company provides the site for downloading the products of Company, the Model selection Support and CAD data, and for browsing PDF files. Company accepts User to access the site provided by Company.
Article 3 (User Registration and Privacy Policy)
1.	To use the service in Article 2, User is required to make user registration. Input true and correct data according to the form. The registration may be canceled when Company judges there is false information in the inputted data.
2.	The personal information registered in this site shall be managed strictly in compliance with the privacy policy of Company.
3.	Company may offer information considered to be useful for User by E-mail or other means based on the registered information such as e-mail addresses. Company stops providing information by request from User by E-mail or other means when it is unnecessary to provide such information.
4.	User shall manage the User ID and the password adequately on User's own responsibility. Take reasonable care so that you do not grant, sublease, or leak the information.
Article 4 (Use of the Data)
1.	The data shall be used for the purpose like consideration of the incorporation of pumps into the building or the appliance which User is planning, and the purpose of use shall be registered in advance.
2.	User may use the data by download to the User's own electronic terminal and the like in conformity with the condition of this Terms of Use.
3.	User shall conduct operation such as download on User's own decision and responsibility when User uses the data.
4.	User may not provide the data for the use by a third party.
Article 5 (Copyright)
	To license the use of the data by download does not mean to grant any right including copyright of the data to User (except the right to use the data in conformity with this Terms of Use).
Article 6 (Restrictions)
1.	User may not attempt to do the actions described below when using the data.
(1)	Use of the data for other than the purpose described herein
(2)	To transfer or lend the data to a third party
(3)	Actions which infringe the right of a third party or actions which have possibility to infringe such right
2.	Company may take necessary measure such as to stop providing the data to the User who did the actions described in the preceding item.
3.	When Company judges any actions which are not written in the item 1 are inappropriate for execution of the Company's service to provide the data, Company reserves the right to take necessary measure such as to stop such actions of User.
Article 7 (Exclusion)
1.	Company disclaims all warranties regarding quality, performance and the like. Company is under no obligation to voluntarily correct the defective contained in the data and shall not be responsible for the defective.
2.	In no event will company be liable for any damages whatsoever (express or implied) arising out of downloading the data to the User's own electronic terminal or the use of the data thereafter. In the event of any trouble occurred to User arising out of the use of the data and so forth, Company shall not be liable for such trouble.
3.	Adding to the foregoing items, Company shall not be liable for any dispute occurred in connection with the data.
Article 8 (Effective Period)
1.	This Terms of Use survives effectively between Company and the concerned User until User agrees to this Terms of Use and deletes all of the data from the User's own electronic terminal.
2.	User shall delete all of the downloaded data when terminating the use of the data.
Article 9 (Alteration of the Terms)
	Company reserves the right to alter the content of this Terms of Use such as the detail of the service, the provisions for use and the like without notice to User when Company judges such alteration is necessary. User shall refer to the latest terms of use contained in this site.
